Products may be returned for any reason for 30 days from the date of sale. All returns (including products delivered by download) are subject to a 15% restocking charge. Shipping charges (if any) cannot be refunded.

Most upgrades to Toot! will be available free of charge; a small charge may be required for really major upgrades. If any changes need to be made to the format of portfolios, upgrades will include automatic provisions for updating the format of your existing portfolios, so no data will be lost.

Upgrades and support for Grady Profile is provided by maintenance contract only. Maintenance contracts are renewable on a yearly basis and include all updates, upgrades, patches, etc. which are released during the contract period.
The first year’s maintenance contract is included in the original purchase price of the package.

It is planned that the next upgrade for student eJournal will be a major upgrade and will involve a fee. After that upgrade, student eJournal will use the same maintenance contract model as Grady Profile.
