Grady Profile updates and support are available via a maintenance agreement only. The first year’s agreement is included in the original license purchase. After the first year, the maintenance agreement may be renewed on a yearly basis. Please refer to the Price List for details.
Holders of a current, valid maintenance agreement will obtain all upgrades of Grady Profile automatically and free of charge.

Normally, updates will be delivered via CD-ROM. However, updates may be delivered via web download when expeditious and appropriate.
You may reactivate an expired license agreement for 120% of the price of a current maintenance renewal. Upon reactivating an expired license agreement, you will receive software that will enable you to update to the current release of Grady Profile.
