student eJournal
First and foremost, eJournal lets students practice writing and all of the concomitant thinking skills that underlie writing. The student eJournal is an online version of a hand-written journal (only eJournal is more legible, and it has spell-checking). Because today's students live in the age of multi-media, eJournal also lets writers attach pictures, sounds and movies to augment their journal entries. And because Aurbach & Associates is keenly interested in assessment, there's a feedback component although teachers cannot edit anyone's journal entry, teachers can add notes (either as text or as sounds) to individual student entries. Peers may read entries and also add notes. Whether or not peers may read and comment on a piece is at the discretion of the writer. eJournal will print all or part of a student's journal.

The eJournal product is distributed with two separate application programs one for students and one for teachers.
