Instructions

  1. Click the name of a template to download it. A small ZIP archive will be loaded onto your computer’s desktop.
  2. Dearchive (i.e., un-ZIP) it — the template will have a .toto file extension. In most cases, your computer will do this for you if you double-click the file.
  3. Place the .toto file in your MyDocuments folder (Documents on Macintosh).

NOTE: Toot! templates do not open with other applications (Word, Notepad, Appleworks…).

  1. Run Toot! and choose New on the File menu; fill in your name; click the right arrow.
  2. Choose New From Local Template to see the .toto template. It will be among 3 other generic templates in your MyDocuments/Documents folder.
  3. Please call us if you have questions — 800-774-7239.

If you don't find your profession listed here, you can start with a related template (making changes as needed) or use one of the generic templates.

If you'd like to suggest a new template for the list or want to recommend changes to an existing one, please drop us a line. Be sure to include content specifics in your request.
